Hi, I'm just wondering what counts as a panic attack when it comes to the panic attack form. I have times of quite moderate anxiety fairly frequently but don't have actual panic attacks (what I think of as a panic attack) that often. Should I only put full-on panic attacks on the panic attack form? I have been using the anxious thoughts form a lot so at the moment my anxious times are only being recorded on that. I'm a bit unsure about when to use the panic attack form. Any help/advice would be great (I really want to get this 'right'). Thanks :) Carla
