Sorry for blaming doctors and not myself but it's the way I feel now. Like I have missed so important information about my illness that would have helped me a lot.

Imagine, only after 4 years of visiting doctors they told me that I CANNOT DIE of panic attack. Before that I thought I might die. So sad :(

First of all, I would like to thank the panic center for the program you have done and have made accessible this program to panic sufferers (also- me). The program helps me a lot. Thanks for doing so great job for people!!! Second, I am wondering why (in my country) since I started to feel all that anxiety, panic and depression, NO DOCTORS have told me about cognitive-behavioral program. They just prescribed me some medicine and that's all. If I knew about such program in the beginning of my anxiety illness, it would never have gone so far!!! It's a pity that I have met with doctors who don't do their mission :( I start to think that in my country there are not many GOOD doctors. Thanks again for this program! You are great!!!
