Try taking the anxiety test and print a copy for you and your doctor. This can help pinpoint other areas that need attention.
The program is here to assist you and help challenge your thoughts. It teaches you things you may not understand about panic and agoraphobia, your own panic, your own panic cycle, and as you learn and get involved, you begin the journey and the process of taking back control from a fear that at the moment is controlling you.

I should add i'm 4 weeks into this course and haven't learn't anything I didn't already know, I mean in 10 years of suffering and researching I'd class myself as quite an expert in the field of anxiety
Do you ever worry you have some other horrible mental health problem? I mean I have been diagnosed with GAD, so I should trust in that, the more things I try and fail the more I wonder if I have some other horrible mental illness, I mean I've suffered 10 year, meds yes helped but I went off them as I can't live on meds, but as soon as I go of them the GAD comes back.
