Yikes Session 4

Hiya Lorlee. I understand how you feel. Session 4 can seem real daunting at first! But if you take it in small steps it works really well. And every baby step you take helps you regain some part of your life you had lost so I really find that exposure work is worth it even if it does seem scary at first. I think it is mostly a question of doing baby steps and going at your own pace! I can't wait to see what you decide to start with :) Keep us posted :) -Diva

Hi everyone, Just reached session 4. While I was reading it I kept wanting to log out. I was thinking that there is no way I am doing exposure work but when I realized I could pick a lesser fear to start on it helped alot. Now just what other fear do I do? Do I start with riding on a bus, going to a movie, or going to a pet store and hanging with a tarantula. (yuck!!!!) So once I have figured out what fear to expose myself to(excuse the pun) and how I did I will post the results.
