Jo,
If you're sick, your first priority should be to take good care of yourself. It may be your anxiety, it may just be the foginess that comes with a cold.
Hope you feel better soon.

Well i also feel that after having been sick and such it is harder to get back with it and such. And i wish i had great advice for you. For me what works is just to take it one small step at a time and get back to my life as i can while still respecting the fact i am recovering from a cold. As i said not the greatest advice but i find the whole baby steps to get back into my life thing helps. Anyway, hang in there. This too shall pass!

Hi Guys, I have had a bad cold for a week now the cold itself is a lot better but I cannot shift this feeling of not being with it, I don't know if it part of the cold or anxiety as I do not feel well, I have just spent the week sitting on the sofa with a box of tissues, I seem to have also I think pulled my hamstring muscle at the back of my leg as it aches from my hip down really bad sometimes comes and goes don't know if I did it getting up one day but this is causing me anxiety as I thinking all sorts of things could be wrong have had it before several times but that does'nt help me, I feel so not with it like I am in a dream world and freaking myself out over it, am meant to be going out tonight and tomorrow night and don't want to, tomorrow is a pop concert my fav group in our local town which is very rare to get anything like that here and I am really nervous incase i start feeling faint or funny or not with it, as I start to not be able to feel my whole body. Any advice. Also anyone from Dorset England.
