Hey forreal, I have had all of these symptoms at one time or another, sometimes all at the same time. When you go to the doctor, trust that they know what they are doing. You will be surprised at how much your anxiety will lessen when you trust that they are well educated and are working in your best interest. Also, if you haven't yet, get into the panic program on this site. The program really works. The more effort you put into it, the more results you will see. I am still working through a high level of anxiety, but I haven't had a panic attack in weeks. Also, there is nothing wrong with educating yourself about panic and anxiety, just don't surf the web looking for things that might be wrong with you. Trust that your doctors are competent and won't miss anything important. Stretching and breathing exercises also help me alot.

Hi forrealnews, Panic and anxiety can cause a wide variety of symptoms such as you described in your post. It is important that you have seen health care providers about these symptoms. Fellow members will be responding soon with their experiences of panic and anxiety. Please know that you are not alone in feeling this way. Please take the time to explore the site. We have a great online program that you can use to address and overcome symptoms of panic and anxiety. Keep us posted on your progress, Casey __________________________________ The Panic Center Support Team
