Does anyone else have these symptoms?

Hey mike, Yeah, I think a lot of us get these symptoms. Sometimes, I feel like that for hours. Sometimes I feel like my legs are made of lead too. Scan back through some of these older posts and you will see that there are a ton of different symptoms for anxiety and stress. Most important though is to check with a doctor to rule out any real physical problems, then get in this program. Man this thing really works. It takes some effort and a little time, but man it is worth it. Just keep looking up man.

msrom3, If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. If you have any questions or concerns with our "TOOLS" you can contact our support department at support@paniccenter.net. Looking forward to hearing from you soon :). My name is Mike and I'm new to the Panic Center Web site. I have had a number of what I believe are panic attacks that began to extreme this past July. For the last 11 months I have had tingling in the fingers, numbness in my face and around the mouth and dizziness. It can occur when I'm in my office on the phone, watching TV or sending e-mail. I do not get the attacks when I am preoccupied with an issue or doing physical work. Sometimes I get stressed, nervous/anxious about something or in a new situation, e.g. crowded area (e.g. store). I have occassionally been standing or sitting and t feels like my legs are about to buckle from under me. Can anyone else relate and tell me what they have done to control this horrible feeling?
