Toni, It is great to see that you are working with your doctors. Continue to write in a journal and you may be able to pinpoint why this is happening and how it may be related :) Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Hi Toni, Yes dizziness is my prodominent symptom of anxiety. My councelor tells me that it is a defense mechanism and told me that when it happens to just calmly tell my dizziness that "I am alright and I dont need it to protect me right now." I also try to relax and breath properly as sometimes I find myself not breathing right and that creates dizziness and headaches for me. I think my thought of the day in all these postings is anxiety is fear. be less fearful and we can take back our control As with anything, you know your body best so talk with your doc if you dont get relief from the anxiety buster techniques!! haha Have a great turkey day! Beth ;)

Hey Toni, Yes i get headaches a lotttt from how tense i always am. And yes i often feel dizzy....it really depends on my day. We should both try those breathing techniques. Even if we set aside just 5 minutes a day for ourself and do some breathing (meditating), it will help us! I hope u feel better!

Hi Fellow Peoples, Does anyone else suffer from vertigo and headache? I have had it really bad these last three days and its really scaring me. I am going to physio tomorrow to get my neck looked at. My blood pressure is low, I am tired & I am very tense. I always get dizzy but this is different (almost preffered my previous symptoms!)... I keep forgetting to breathe too so I am trying the techniques from Angels last post!! Thanks! Thanks, Toni
