Please don't hesitate to seek treatment - help is available. You do not have to go through these feelings alone. Our site has some great resources to assist you, such as the anxiety test. You can print out your results to discuss with your doctor or health care provider.
You can also use the online program to help with your feelings of panic and anxiety. Many here have had great success with the various tools. As you work through the program, take your time and work at your own pace.
