Sir, Perhaps increasing your water intake may help. By eating fruits and veggies, you will find your system calming down. You may want to check with your doctor to rule out anything medical. Hope this helps, Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Lately I have been haveing quite a bit of heart burn.. my diet hasnt changed and I will be the first to admit it's not the best diet , but it feels like I have it every day and it certainly does not help that I can be a bit of a hypocondriact. I have been under alot more anxiety lately could that be the cause ( my panic attacks have increased as well as my Generalized anxiety) And sorry if I posted in the wrong place. Thanks! Wence-
