My fiance wants me to try to switch from Paxil to Zoloft due to my loss of libido and weight gain for the past year. I am scared as the paxil is working well for me other than those two things. He is not pressuring me, just suggested it. Has anyone tried that, how was it and did anything change, libido back, weight loss? how is Zoloft for you panic compared to paxil? I am curretly on 20mg's so not a really hight dose. Any help would be great!
