Hi Slinky, The symptoms you have described may be related to anxiety, but please be sure to consult with your doctor about how you have been feeling. A few things to keep in mind when consulting with a doctor: Find a physician you can trust and be open and honest with. This way you can explain your symptoms and worries. Let your physician complete any evaluations or examinations necessary to determine the cause of your symptoms. Be sure they explain the procedure to you and if you want to have a nurse, family member or friend by your side be sure to let them know this. Your physician may want to have another specialist follow up with him or her. It is important at this time to follow your physician€™s advice. If your doctor finds no physical evidence or cause for your panic attacks then please refer to our Panic Program. It sounds like you are at a point in your life where you want answers. Looking for answers to your questions and concerns is an amazing step. Please continue to share your thoughts with us. We can walk you through our program if needed. I don't know what to do anymore, I'm so scared all the time. I keep obsessing about feelings I have I can't stop doing it. I've felt like I'm falling for the last week even though I've never falen over and I know I'm dong it because all down my right side I can feel that I've held myself stiff and stuff so the muscles hurt. But I'm frightened theres something wrong with me like MS or pakinsons or CJD or something. I've felt like this before but I can't shift it. Does anyone else really obsess over feelings and cant let them go?
