Hi again, I just wanted to find out if anyone else has a fear of vomiting and nausea. I am so afraid of this that I would rather loose a limb or something. If anyone else out there is afraid I would love to hear from you, maybe you can help me with this fear. I work myself up into knots due to the fear I have of it every day, which now is anxiety and panick attacks. I find myself constantly taking my temp to see if it is "normal", and the tummy is always in knots, so i assume the worst is going to happen......VOMIT............ugh. It has been 16 yrs since I last did that, and as a 37 yr old adult, I am terrified!
