Hi Guys, I wanted to write to tell you that I finally took the Lexapro. I have been on it for a week now. Now of course everyone is different when it comes to medications, but I thought I would tell you my experience. The only real "side effect" that I have been dealing with it "tiredness". I am constantly tired. I've read other message boards from people who have taken Lexapro, and they all mention this side effect. But they also say it passes with time. So I am going to hang in there and see if it's true. Heck, I thought I was tired before, but now all I want to do is sleep. But other than that, my anxiety seems less. And I actually have periods where I'm not so "spacey" (which I have been 24/7 for YEARS) so that's nice. But I wanted to let you both know that if little ol' chicken me can try it, you can too. The side effects are tolerable. Take care and I wish you both the best of luck! Lorie
