Angel, You are doing fantastic. The program has no time limit and is designed for you to do at your own pace. Take it slow and step by step, some steps may take you longer than others and that is will be very beneficial to your progress. Please let us know how your progress is going and concentrate on yourself :) Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Hi! I'm just wondering if I have to do the sessions once a week? For example, i have done the first 4 sessions in a matter of 4 weeks. But after i did session 4, i realized that it requires a lot of work on my side such as setting my goals and actually start working on them. I havn't moved on to session 5 yet and its been 2 weeks. So i'm worried that im doing this wrong. I just don't want to move to session 5 yet because i havn't adequately worked on my goals yet. So am i diong the right thing? Should i not leave so much time in between the sessions? plz let me know! thanks
