Feeling breathless & worried

Hi Kitty i wanted to let you know i get that same feeling and its like you feel like you are going to suffocate to help i do slow breathing exercises.My psychologist gave me some info i'll share it with you. If breathing becomes unbalanced,as it sometimes does in panic and anxiety,this can lead to other unpleasant symptoms.There may be a slight,non-harmful decrease in oxygen to the brain,giving rise to the symptoms of dizziness, confusion,sense of things not being real,blurred vision and hot flushes.Other symptoms such as a sense of choking, smothering or breathlessness may occur-even though the person is actually getting more oxygen then is needed.Also,because of rapid breathing(particulary if it is shallow)chest pain may occur due to the fatigue of overworked chest muscles. I'll suggest the same thing in yoga. Breath in through your nose and out your nose. But for right now I would try and become as calm as you can and do something or go to someone's house. It's never easy and I share in this kind of stuff because I've been there, recently. Keep in touch and stay well.

Hello agian Well today has brought its problems because i have felt like i can't breath right and it feels like i cant get enough air its a horrible feeling with that also i have had pains hear and there in my chest i think this is commom in pain hope i am right has anyone had the same as me and how do you deal with it please can someone help thanks love kitty xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
