Seems to be the order of the day.
In my defense, I worked until 1 and did not get home until around 2 and was supposed to work a second job this morning, but needed to call in sick for lack of sleep which added more anxiety.
I am now changing jobs to day hours and my future looks brighter.
I know the blue feelings you have. I have felt like only sleeping the last two days. Sleeping seems to be a way to block things out.
I would suggest doing some exercises. I am going to do some in a little while.
I also finally got my meds refilled last night. They took 3 days to fill it because 2 stores were out.
