Dear Lorie, Oh I am SO happy and pleased for you! You are right your prayers were answered, I know I prayed for you and I am sure many others did on the site. I am so pleased when others have good things happen and their anxiety lessens, it gives me hope. How are you doing? You must be very relieved and happy I hope you can sleep better now just knowing that will probably let you rest so much better now. I have had a rough go of it and I am so hoping better days are coming I have been praying and trying to tolerate this medication which does not seem to be helping too much yet, I am going to try to practice positive thinking and the CBT on this site, you mentioned you had a child so do I and I so want to get better for him so he can have the Mother that I use to be. Again Lorie I am so happy for you, I have often heard God does not give us more than we can handle, it was probably coming close for you and he intervened and helped you. I wanted to thank all who have helped me through this horrible time. Someone heard me because my prayers have been answered.
My partner called me to tell me that the doctor just left and told her she can come home Monday afternoon. AND............They are going to put her back on ALL of her medications. AND...........her next test isn't even scheduled until after the first of January!
So all of my fears are over. She will be back on her anti-seizure medications and I won't have to worry and watch her like a hawk. And we can actually look forward to the holidays coming up.
I'm on cloud 9! I'm happy and so is she. Apparently she did have a seizure last night and they caught it on the EEG, so she's free to go!!
Thank you all for being there! I really felt like I hit rock bottom! But with your support you made it not seem so dismal, I didn't feel so alone.
