Dear Tiluli, I know what you mean, the dizziness and exhaustion is mindboggling, sometimes I do not know whats worse the panic or these side effects, I have constant pain in my eyes and almost feel MORE down and depressed, something that should not occur with an antidepressant, my nurse called back and said keep taking it, I think I may cut back down to 15 till my body adjusts, I feel like I have a flu or something so very tired and achy, I feel like a 90 year old woman and I look like one lately too! How are you doing, you sound good, I am wishing you good luck on the bundle of joy too come! Hope you are having a good night. Thanks, Debbie.

I honestly don't remember...this dates back 5 years ago... What I remember is that it took a good month before i felt better, during which time i was in a terrible state as I saw everything funny, was incredibly dizzy and had one pupil constantly dilated (or so I was convinced). I think I must have taken 10 mg for a week, then moved up to 15 for another or maybe straight to the 20 mg. I know I slept a lot, like 16 hours a day. But what I remember most was the wonderful feeling when i first realized that my anxiety was gone. It just wasn't there anymore. You know why I stopped now, but back then, it was a necessary step for me. I hope you start feeling better real soon.

Tululi, I see that you are logged on. I wanted to ask if you felt very very tired and kind of depressed on the 20 miligrams of Paxil, its strange I would feel more down on an antidepressant, I am trying to hold out, my nurse would like to see me on 30 miligrams. My vision is blurry and the constipation is bad, the headache comes and goes. I just wondered since I have been only taking the 10 then the 15 will it take about a month to feel better? My monthly is due and I am catching my son's cold so that does not help, I feel real achy. I would really like to start feeling better so I can start living life again and getting outside again. Thanks so much, Debbie.
