I have an appointment to get a flu shot in a few weeks, I had one last year and it made me feel ill (tired, weak, shaky,etc) This of course sent me to a "bad zone" :blush: for quite some time. At the same time many of you know getting a cold or flu can spur a lot of added anxiety.
So I was just wondering if you get the flu shot and if you have any side effects?
