Dear So Tired

Hi B, How are you doing? I hope well. I am not doing so well, right now I am sitting here sweating and shaking really bad. I have broncitis and I am on Amoxicillian also the Paxil and Klonopin, because of the broncitis I am quitting smoking and its SO hard, the coughing is real bad, then I get scared because I think its lung cancer because I had a little blood in my mucus, I want to believe its just from the forcefulness of coughing, I even called the paramedics yesterday I thought I was dying. I like your saying about fear appearing real, how true! I think I am having a panic attack right now, I am all by myself so its scary, I feel "bubbling" and gurgling inside my chest and lungs, I hope the antibotic starts to work its my second day on it. I am sorry for rambling, I am trembling, I am so sorry I sound insane or something, I am pouring sweat. Please write back when you can. God bless, Debbie.

Thank you Debbi, Make sure you take care of yourself. Things will get better, I promise:-) Keep taking the medication and perhaps you can try something different, i.e., relaxtion techniques, meditation, yoga, take a class at the community centre...make September your month:-) August was not good for me either, but I want to do something, and am not sure what. I am enrolling in some exercise classes -- hoping that this will be helpful... Hang in there Debbi...always remember that you are surrounded by so much love...and God is looking after you...have faith and hope... Here is something that made sense to me: F.E.A.R. = False Evidence Appearing Real *Anthony Robbins * Isn't it amazing how our fear stops us from doing things we once used to love? I know that fear has 'paralyzed' me at times and it is so difficult to overcome it...but we cannot give up... Take care and write back when you have some time. B

Thanks for you post on my other one I just saw it now. I went to the Doctors and got Amoxicillian for bronchtis, I was afraid to take the ZIthomax because of the severe reaction I got from the levaquin when I had the kidney infection at the beginning of August. August has NOT been a good month for me, first kidneys and now my lungs! My anxiety and depression always worsen when I am sick. How are you doing please write me back at let me know, I am still taking the Paxil and Klonopin. Looking forward to hearing from you. God bless, Debbie.
