Hi Debbi, I hope that you are feeling a little better now -- are you? Here are some of my favorite Bible verses to encourage you -- I find that it helps to read them throughout the day... :) Psalm 91:14-16: Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation." Psalm 91:14-16 (modified for Debbi!): "Because Debbi loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue her; I will protect Debbi, for she acknowledges my name. Debbi will call upon me, and I will answer her; I will be with Debbi in trouble, I will deliver her and honor her. With long life will I satisfy Debbi and show her my salvation." Psalm 91:14 (in a poetic reworded version): If you'll hold on to me for dear life," says GOD, I'll get you out of any trouble. I'll give you the best of care if you'll only get to know and trust me. 1 Corinthians 10:13: No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 (in a poetic reworded version): No test or temptation that comes your way is beyond the course of what others have had to face. All you need to remember is that God will never let you down; he'll never let you be pushed past your limit; he'll always be there to help you come through it. Proverbs 3:5-6: Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Jeremiah 29:11: For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 (modified for Debbi): For I know the plans I have for Debbi," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper Debbi and not to harm her, plans to give Debbi a hope and a future. Isaiah 42:3: A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out.

Dear God, I thank you SO much for Debbie and for how much You love her! I thank you that You know every single thing about Debbie -- about her personality, her current life situations, her relationships, her emotions, and what's going on in her body right now. I thank you that You are in control of ALL of this, even though it's often hard to see that when we are feeling anxious, depressed, having panic attacks, etc. I pray that You would help her to see that You're in control -- that we would believe it in her head and know it fully deep down in her heart. I pray that she would feel Your presence in whatever room she's in right now, and that it would stay with her everywhere she goes. I pray for a deep understanding of what Debbie is going through for her husband, her son, her mother in law, and her close friends and family...and even her doctor and pharmacist! I pray that you would help Debbie to understand what's going on in her body and with her emotions. Show her whether it's Your will for her to be on Paxil. Show her that You would NEVER let her die from taking a bad combination of medicine -- You love her WAY too much for that, and that she doesn't have to worry about dying! Show her that You've taken her this far, and that You're with her every step of the way, even though it's hard to see, and show her Bible verses that will help her to believe in You and that You're working even when her emotions and situations try to tell her otherwise -- I know that we've all been there. I pray that You would bring her SO much closer to You during this time of her life. I pray that although it is a really hard time right now, and seems to suck, and she might wonder why You're letting it happen, that You would show her exactly what the purpose of this time in her life is, and also that she would be able to look back on this time and see how much she's GROWN as a person -- both mentally, emotionally and even spiritually! Please really show her who You are -- let her get a really deep revelation of YOU, Your character, Your faithfulness, Your GRACE for those who are struggling...like us! God, please encourage her throughout today with new things that she's never known, or with old things that she needs to be reminded of again! Please let her husband

Dear Kraft Dinner, If you would pray for me I would greatly appreciate it. I am going through what is probably the worst time in awhile and I am home alone with a little boy, I have prayed but I feel like my prayers are being "blocked" things have just gone from bad to worse. Thank you and God bless you, Debbie.

Hi Everyone, I just got an idea -- I thought that I would offer to pray for anyone who requests it! The reason is because I know that personally, when I have anxiety and especially during panic attacks, it makes me feel SO much better to either hear someone pray for me on the phone, or to read someone's email where they are praying for me. I find it much better than just to know that people are praying, because it's like they are right there with me, and often the words of their prayers are really encouraging to me. :) So if you'd like me to pray for you, let me know, and I will post a typed prayer for you ((I am a "born again" Christian, so it will be a Christian prayer)! I think that it could be a great way for me to help support you, which we all need! :) Your fellow anxiety/panic attack friend, KD ;)
