Hi everyone just wanted you all to know its Lou here i got to register with the name Lulu i tried to get it at the old site but couldnt for whatever reason.I have gone for 2 days without a panic YAY! i had a horrible weekend with a heap of panics but the start of this week has been great! Its so easy to forget that you can feel like this when your overcome with anxiety but hang in there guys good days are coming! :) Look forward to talking to you all at the New Panic Center Support Group.
