I bought a cream at an Herbal Shop in the neighborhood. Walmarts has the cream as well, or you can get it over the internet. hope

Where do you purchase these creams? does it come from a pharmacy? or do you need to see a dr for a prescription?

That sounds very promising, Cathie. I want to take the cream for the migraine headache I have right before my periods and for treating cysts in my breasts. I will keep you posted on whether it helps. Just have to wait til I can start. Hope

I am using it now. You can't use it along with the pill, but use it like the pill. Native Americans used to use phyto(plant)estrogens for birth control, pms, menopause, etc. The nice thing about the cream is you can self-diagnose hormonal imbalances. Use the prescribed ammt. and if it takes less than 30 sec. to absorb, you need another dose. I have had Dr. friends ask me to explain to their patients how to use this, and they have been very happy with the results. I had bad pms in my 30's; pms for 2 weeks, and a 7 day period. After 1 full year of the cream, I had no pms, and a 3 day period. I'm going back on it bcuz the pms has come back. Best wishes, Cathie

This sounds familiar! I notice my panic/anxiety is worse based on my fluctuating hormones. let me know if the progesterone cream works. I've never tried it.

Hi sarah, I've been looking into the effectiveness of Progesterone cream lately and am going to try it for my own problems. Have you heard about the cream or tried it? Or does somebody else know anything about it?

Every month it never fails I have one or two evenings where it feels like i spend the entire night having one panic attack after another. Because of my birth control i don't have regular periods, but i have noticed it comes a few days after bloating, breast tenderness, mood swings and other PMS symptoms. The panic inducing thoughts range from health to second guessing myself on EVERYTHING. I spend the next 20ish days anticipating the next one. Can anyone help me out? I just don't know what's going on.
