Thanks for the replies. I am trying to slow down at work and not let it get to me. I just hate coming home from work feeling so spacey. I am at the point that I am actually useless when I get home. I exhauseted, excessive tension and stress.
It increases my anxiety, I just want to go to bed. I have to learn some destress techniques. I just want to have a life again, come home and do things with my family.

Yes I get the "weird head" feeling too, its hard to describe and sometimes I feel like I cant focus and seem a little off balance or it feels like it. Its anxiety....scarey but true. Hope you feel better soon!
Work can often stress those who have anxiety or depression. And an office is even more possible for this.
I work in an office and sometimes I'm fine and sometimes I have trouble.
I've had some increased anxiety lately and being in the office is sometimes hard.
I would try to relax a little by maybe breathing clearly would help. I have done this. I also go outside when I need a break.
I've had that confused feeling you talked about and I usually do something fun when I go home. Maybe play guitar or watch Seinfeld reruns just to relax my mind.
I hope some of this helps.

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if this may be part of anxiety. I work in an office all day. I do Accounts Payable and Payroll for a college, this was 2 full time positions. Both ladies ended up leaving within a couple weeks of each other so I got threw into both positions and had never did either one before.
It usually starts during the day, but by the time I get home I have a feeling so weird in my head I don't even know how to describe it. I just seem to be in a fog, almost to the point of being disoriented. My left arm seems to ache, no shoot pains, just a dull ache.
I am hoping for any responses and any thoughts and wondering if this feeling happens to anyone else.
I would appreciate any input.
Thank you in advance.
Becky
