I'm so glad I'm not the only one like this! I will have the physical symptoms of panic / anxiety even if I feel emotionally fine. I often wonder if everyone has these physical feelings all the time but are just better at dealing with it. I don't know why these symptoms never really go away but I do know that the panic always comes on with the way we think about the symptoms. One thing I find that helps me is to tell myself, this is just a physical symptom for one reason or another but it doesn't mean you have to panic or obsess about it. Of course, this isn't always easy. Today, for instance, this hasn't been easy for me to do. But, all we can do is try.
