Thank you Pappy

Today it looks like we are going to have a thunder storm, its getting very dark and humid I love to watch a good storm and get excited, now before starting my quit journey I would be puffing away waiting so this will be my first storm that I can remember without smoking, so I have two things to look forward to

HI John! Well I am a Xbox 1 gamer for the most part. Have many friends spread across the world and the States. Yes indeed it is amazing how quickly our bodies begin to snap back once we put the smokes down. Of course the key here is to stay smoke free, so never let that demon fool you into thinking you can have just one. I know from experience that doesn't work. Keep up the good fight, your doing great!

Hi Pappy

I game most days I like FPS, Tank Games and Space Fighter Games to name a few and Gaming is a lot better smoke free

Today I had a surprise, I changed our bed because my Wife asked as she was going out, (bottom sheet, pillow cases and duvet cover) before my quit doing this was hard work made me hot and out of breath but today I had it done in half the time and found it quite easy !. There are so many benefits to stopping smoking and my quit journey is one of the best things I have ever undertaken

Good morning John. Nice to have a break away from work once in a while. I love to game as well and isn't it great not to have to constantly put things on hold to have another smoke. I know the guys I play with put up with my nasty habit, but I am sure they are glad we can now just play things straight through. LOL, Life is good without smoking.

Hi Tim

Yes Stephanie my wife does smoke but only outside, I am explaining the benefits of my quit journey but its her choice, I hope in time she may also quit.

Today just got up and its rare for me but I did have a couple of hours sleep at night so this morning I'm going to cook breakfast for us, Max has just gone out after he had some fuss and I will give him his breakfast when he comes in

Calm and relaxed today, possibly very stressed out tomorrow, you just never know. I have my guard up Tim but feeling great today and enjoying a Coffee right now.

Wishing you a happy smoke free day

John
