Hi Mark

There are many free to use Blog Sites (I'm not sure what Country you are in) but if you type (Free to use blog sites) in your search engine you should come up with a few, good luck with your quit and it does get a lot better as the days pass.

All the best to you

Hi Mark,
Unfortunately no, the personal blogs are not working at this time. There is a work around that might work for you though. You can send yourself a private message here under the "my program" at the top of the page. You can keep the messages as long as you like. That way only you can read them. Otherwise, if you don't mind making it public, you can start a new thread, maybe under the forum for new users and general discussion.  Whatever works for you.
Stay strong.

I'd like to make myself a journal to log my progress. Does this forum offer a journal or diary? I'm new so I have no idea if there's a place for it. I seem to work better with that. ALSO.... Would anyone be interested in being a quit-buddy with me?
