That is so nice of you to respond,,, Thanks for your assurance,, but to
be honest it's not only blinking, it comes with stressed eye mussels
and lack of focus, And plus I can't look at bright things such as a
computer screen or even a white paper,, I am sure they are all
interrelated,.. My doctor thought I have hey fever, but I am sure he is
wrong,, May be I need a second opinion
Cheers
The rapid blinking is a nervous thing. I watched a documentary once about how the FBI interview people. They said one way they knew someone was extra nervous talking to them about whatever was how often they blink. The more they blinked, the more they knew something was making them extra nervous. It's very natural.
As far as the stomach goes, I get that also. I get seriously gassy and get stomach aches. That's also normal because your stomach acids start to churn when you get nervous. You could go to a doctor and make sure you don't have an ulcer or something. Ulcers aren't that big of a deal, but they can give you medicine to help ease the pain if that's the problem.
Hi everyone,
Words can't describe how I feel when I get my panics. Apart from the
whole symptom package that comes with panic attacks, including
those gives on this site, I also have two others..
There have been mentions of blurred vision, but not Rapid Blinking
I have also noticed bloating, but not Unnatural Burping [a stomach full
of air, and need a constant deflation]
My big question is, does anyone have these symptoms,, and please
describe how bad they get,, because mine get really bad..
Love & peace
