Hi Debbi and everyone and anyone who has insight, I feel the same way so far. I've only been on 25mg for a week but have felt less tired. Still don't sleep through the night. I am going up to 50 tommorrow. I take mine at 6am. Is there a better time to take it? How long till you noticed a reduction in the panic attacks? Jimbo

Dear Chris, I had the opposite problem, Zoloft seemed to energize me and make me less sleepy, Paxil made me so tired, everyone is different the antidepressants affect everyone differently. I would try to take it a night if it makes you sleepy it may cause more colorful dreams, I dreamt very vividly on Zoloft, which was not a bad thing. My nurse told me I could take 1/2 my dose in the morning and 1/2 at night, amother words 50 milligrams in the morn and 50 at night. I hope you are feeling better. God bless, Debbie.
