How is it going for you? I know it is my 12th day and last evening was a rough one for me.

Hi Daygigger,
Congratulations on reaching double digits on your quit journey!!!  How is your quit journey going for you so far? Is it easier than you thought it would be or are you having to put a lot more effort into it  than you thought you would? Are you doing this cold turkey or using nicotine replacement therapy? Keep us posted on your progress okay? It might inspire someone else to try and give up smoking, you never know.
Stay strong.

Day 9, that's a solid chunk of time to have put in already. At this point you might as well keep going forward ;)
