Hi Frances9696,

I encourage you to speak to your doctor about this. They will be able to give you the most sound advice.

I am sorry to hear you are feeling depressed. It is very common for mood to take a nose dive when we quit smoking. You should start to feel better in a few days or weeks. Try to do pleasurable activities, spend time with loved ones, get exercise and take good care of yourself. It will get easier. We will be here to support you every step of the way.

I was a smoker for several years, and for me and for my husband it wasn't a problem. But now we are waiting for a baby and, of course, I decided to quit cold turkey. I assumed that it wouldn't be easy, but now I feel really depressed. I found out on VapingDaily that there is a decision with nicotine replacement but after that, the question has appeared about how it will affect my future child.
