Hello everyone.  My name is Sonja and my quit date is 08-01-2018.  My background consists of smoking a total of 19 years with a ten yeas break in the middle of that.  Ive been smoking again for about 3-4 years this time after the 10 year hiatus.  I am constantly sick with pneumonia.  My mother passed away almost 2 years ago with Lung Cancer, COPD an congestive heart failure.  I dont want that to be me next.  I am the only smoker in my home and never smoke inside the house.  My two daughters have asthma but I do not smoke around my children either.  This is my final time smoking.  I cant end up with COPD.  My doctor is sending me to a pulmanologist because Ive had pneumonia for a long time, this time.  Ive had many rounds of antibiotics and steroids not to mention the duoneb breathing treatments.  Something has got to give.  Im ready to kick this addiction.  My philosophy is Improvise, Adapt, and Overcome.
