Yes. I've decided to hold on medication. I'm using NRT now to help curb the physical, so I can focus on the mental addiction. I got a tea blend (catnip, skullcap, lavendar, chamomile) to help me relax. I know this is temporary. It just feels....so....long....already. Patience is not my thing. But I've put reminders all over my house. It looks like a sticky note factory exploded in here! I'm hoping these reminders will help me to breathe. To stay focused. To calm my mind. :)

The weakness of memory and lack of concentration is one of the withdrawal symptoms (you can call it part of the game) ... about the medication of anti- anxiety for the first few weeks you should consulting with your doctor about that .On the other hand you can try familiar relaxation methods with some herbs and also try to take it one day at a time coz it a mentality head trip...Be patient better days will comes soon.

This morning, I lost it. Day 2. I was screaming and crying because I couldn't find my keys. At some point, I put them in my pocket, but I have absolutely no memory of doing it. This is not normal for me.

My kids thought I'd lost my mind. Has anyone tried anti-anxiety meds just to get through the first couple weeks? I bought NRT patches today. Wondering if some of it isn't just a mind game.
