Mint helps with stomach upsets. You cld try fresh mint or for more concentrated you can get over the counter mint capsules.

Wow, 73 days already? Be sure and reward yourself for your efforts, you deserve it.  Time sure does fly. Glad to hear you're still a quitter, and also good to hear that the...constipation is getting better.   Stay strong.

Congratulations on the day 73 like constipation improve the desire to smoke will decrease with time and will become waves of passing thinking of smoking and quickly disappear, do not go back now or look behind you are about to become a non-smoker comfortable in his own skin, organized what you eat as well as the quantities of  food and quality .... I hope to see you celebrate the first 100 days soon in the section dedicated to it .... Peace...

Hi Tonychamp,
Congratulations on being smoke free for almost a month now. Yes, constipation is one of the side effects of quitting smoking.  It should go away eventually, but I can't say how long., It's different for everyone. For now, try drinking prune juice, start with about 6 ounces and go from there. It might not be enough or it might be too much, but it's a good starting point. If the prune juice does not work, and if laxatives don't help you might want to see your doctor. You can tear things up inside you if you strain too much while going.
Stay strong and keep the quit going!
