Gina, I started it at night before I went to sleep and then after a week I started taking it after breakfast. The only REAL thing I picked up from it was it made me sleepy and lazy but once I got use to it, I never noticed.

Yes, I stuck the Lexapro out. Even on the bad days I just kept on with it. Through weird side effects (they were few) I just kept on with it. I make myself take it daily and I truly believe it has been what got me out of that panic black never ending circle.

I read and try to keep up with everyone but I sure have missed the conversations! I have gone into remission somewhat I think. The panic attacks are very few and far between. I occasionally feel one coming on, but they never get out of control. I am taking the Xanax and the Lexapro and do think the Lexapro has been the saving factor in this. The panic and anxiety just started getting less and less and honestly, I have learned to focus on other things and not on heart palps, weird pain, racing heart or stuff like that. I just got to this point that I was sick and tired of it ruling my life and I figured, hey...I have not died from it, so what are the chances, right? I hope they stay gone but I am not a fool to think I am cured, just enjoying having peace for now. Love and miss you guys and continue to pray for all of you on a daily basis. Khris(bygrace)
