Android apps to help to quit smoking

Hi Bobk,
It's great that you're cutting back on the cigarettes with that app. Less is always better. Too bad they don't make an app to make you quit though!
Stay strong.

    Cigarettes Not Smoked

I've been using this app for a couple of weeks now.
It is helpful in tries to spread your cigarettes over the day, and you get a count down in app to your next one.
I like the fact you can "bank" a smoke for later in the day.
You still need will power to not cheat.  I haven't always been successful with that part. Some days better than others.
I am reducing the # of smokes a day, so that is a positive sign.
Will need to get some nicotine gum to help me out during the tougher times.

If anyone has found another app or system to help reduce or quit smoking, I'd love for you to share with us all.

Thank you,

Well,
I have found an android app that so far is aiding me.
You can find it in the Play Store: Smoker Reducer Quit Smoking System. (And it's free, does have some ads, but very unobtrusive)
You enter some info to start. cost of pack, qty in a pack, wake up time, bed time, quit date.
This give you a timer when for when you can have your next smoke.  If you're not able to have it (example, you're at work, and it's not break time yet) you can "Bank" the smoke for later.
Each day, it'll reduce the # of smoke you can have, and extend the break between.
So far so good.
My quit date is till Jan 8 2018

Good Luck to you all.
Bob

Hi BobK,
I do not know of an app myself, but you could start a journal of your journey to help yourself out. Keep track of the triggers, how you coped with them etc. for future reference.
Stay Strong.

Has anyone used any smoking cessation apps to help you with quiting smoking?
I'm interested in finding a decent app that will help with tracking etc.
Your opinions will be useful.

Thank you,
