Hi Machiavelli, Glad to hear you are still smoke free. I was beginning to worry since you had not logged on the system for awhile. Do whatever it takes to stay away from those nasty things. :) Stay strong my friend. Not One Puff Ever.

Hi Tim & Ashley : Thanks Tim for your support I appreciate that any way we in the same boat....And congratulations on 4 years make wishing you more years of success on the Demon . Ashley,I want to say I haven't slipped or smoke or take any puff since 5 years and 6 months now...what I taking about is thinking of smoke or back to smoke is so strong in my mind now days. What I do now and makes some different in my thoughts is reviewing every day my reason why I quit smoking in the first place and it works well till now. Thanks every one for your support and if there's any member here want to share his input on this subject please feel free to write.

Sorry to hear you had a slip. So glad you are still focused on your goal to be smoke free though.

Remember, each time you smoke you are reinvigorating the addiction and validating the addiction talk. Also, remember you know a lot about quitting and you will overcome this. Stay strong!

Hang in there Machiavelli. You know it's just that nasty NicoDemon trying to trick you again. Maybe you need to change your routine again? This month makes 4 years for me, and yesterday, for no reason what-so-ever, I did the reach. I used to carry a pack in my shirt pocket when I smoked. I couldn't believe it. We both know it's that darned Demon trying his hardest to make us cave in. You know we are both stronger than him tough! Stay strong buddy. Not One Puff Ever!

    Cigarettes Not Smoked

Here's what happened .....after I passed 5 years Mark successfully quit not single puff, I feel like Hercules lol, I say to myself that what about back to smoke again then quit again or what about smoke 1 cigarette....etc of those kind of thinking now I'm 4 months dealing with those ideas. I am exhausted .I DO want this to end and trying self talk to end it but it's still there...IT could be bad eye. LoL.
