I encourage each and every one of you who have come here to just do it!  You may have lapses but the good thing is you can start as many times as you need.  I finally did it and am now smoke free for 7 years.  I won't lie to you it isn't easy but so worth the journey.  Hiking with the dog is and breathing free.  Yes, you can!
