Right behind you on this. Day 1 of yet another quit for me today. Just feel its time to really try cut smoking from my life.. health, cost, everything. Recently started a new job so its a good as time as any for a complete new slate and really give things a go. Gonna go cold turkey too cos I feel that's the best and fastest method to get through the initial hard steps.

I am forever quitter who will never give up trying for forever quit.  Smoking for 40 years, with few long time quits ( 4 years, 1 year and few months ) but always went back to full time smoking because
I love smoking . I smoke because of the instant perk it gives me when I need to get me going when I am tired and find it relaxing in times of stress.  Of course the instant perk only lasts for a short while, then I need another cigarette.  Now I want to quit for health reasons and for my family who are concerned about my health and the smell on me, in my home.
