Bravo Duffis!! I couldn't agree more! When all is said and done, it is just down to the individual quitter and nobody else but then you and I have known that for a long time! Just a thought, what happened to "just a thought"!!!!! All The Best My Friend! Penitent d4567

It has been a long time since I was here last.  I just wanted to check my stats as I don't even pay attention to the quit any more. I have been smoke free for 4,256   days and I feel great.  I am 82 years old and I did smoke for over 60 + years.  I quit cold turkey and never looked back.  Quitting is a process. The main secret is that you really have to want to quit.  No BSing your self just do it.
