Hi Sticking to it,
Congratulations on your eleventh year anniversary of being smoke free!   What a great accomplishment. And you are right, it DOES get easier as time goes by.
I hope your message will inspire someone to "take the plunge" and surrender to that nasty  habit.
Take care my fellow quitter.

Dear fellow quitters, In a few days I will be celebrating my 11th year anniversary. As you know, quitting gets much, much easier and tolerable in a few short weeks after beginning your journey. Keep telling yourself if I light up the one, I'll being starting all over again. And just what is the point of that. Stay focused on the end goal: freedom from the smoke that really placed huge demands upon each and everyone of us. Think about that and what it personally means to yourself. I am in a good place and would like very much for you to join me in this space. And as I know a cigarette can never touch my lips again, why? Well one leads to another of course. As all past smokers have come to realize, to be smokless well that is just fine and better yet more than fine; because we have no desire to burden our lives with it. Wishing all of year a delightful and successful 2017. Your friend Stickin-to-it
