Dont become over ambitious..You need bit of time and some attempts for quitting..Just keep making positive efforts...

I think autosugestion plays an important role if you want to quit you must autosugest with emotion before you sleep and when you wake up .A sugestion that i use its i am eliberated of this bad and destroyer adiction

Hi Smokefreechick,

Slips are not the end of the world but they most certainly often lead back to smoking or make it harder for you to remain quit. They simply prolong the addiction. What did you decide to do? How are you feeling today?

Stick with your quit. Don't fall for the "just one smoke" trick. It is a sucker's bet.

You can do this!!!!

I've tried quitting at least a million times and have succeeded in staying smoke free for at least 4 times for about 6 months duration. But this falling for one last one has been the ruining factor for half of the times. So don't fall into this vicious circle, be aware and tool succeed.

Hi all! I'm on day 6 of cold turkey. I've been doing ok, but today seems like the cravings are the worse! I'm not as anxious or irritable as before but how bad is it to just have one more?! Can I forgive myself if I slip??
