Thanks Gary and Sticking to it, I've beat this Nicodemon!!

Ashley, the one piece of advice I want to share with the other members is that you have to be mentally prepared for the journey that lies ahead. If you know what to expect, you can be prepared for it and battle it head on. It takes a lot of will power too, but if you really want it, it can happen.

Stay strong everyone and remember,

What is one piece of advice you can share with members right now? First one that pops into your head.

Proud to say that I've been smoke free for 2 years now. If you really want it, it CAN and WILL happen.
