Sometimes I feel panicky in the morning or not long after waking but even if I dont feel panicked I am plagued by this off and on off blance or tension in my eyes that just makes me feel weird!!! Does anyone else have this? And yes, I tto go to bed early sometimes just cause I am tired of it! I take Prozac and Xannax.

Hi Britney I too seem to be panicked all the time. I feel lightheaded and just not myself. It is hard to describe. I try not to depend on drugs too much but I find I have to take a xanax mostly once a day. I wish this would end for all of us already. It is so debilatating! How do you start a new discussion? I wanted to but can't seem to find where you can do that? Anyway I hope we all get well soon from this evil monster.

I do not know if you can call this an all-day panic, I would rather call it anxiety, or fear.. Does it feel like butterfly in your stomach? If so than a handfull of this form of anxirty mounted over hours and hours is what causes a panic attack - in my opinion. Tell me if I'm wrong :) Love & peace

Sorry it took so long to reply. Anyway, yes I am on medication. I have tried every SSRI in the book, and currently just stopped taking Lexapro. I wanted to be on a mood stabilizer which is completely helping my depression (Lamictal). It is awesome. But my panic is severe. I go through about 4-5 xanax a day, the 1 mg ones. i just don't want to be on anymore meds and my psychiatrist who is brilliant is wanting me to try an MAOI (Nardil) but I am sooo scared of the interactions, especially with food. I just don't know what to do anymore.

I am so extremly panicked at all times and I just don't know what to do. I missed my period for 3 and a half months because I have been in a panic mode from as long as I wake up until I fall asleep. Is anyone else panicked from as soon as they wake up to the time they go to sleep?????
