Welcome!

Congrats on getting started. That's good news that you have some quit experience. What did you learn from your last two attempts?

Hi Deb67,
Glad to hear the cravings aren't too bad for you. Hopefully the third times the charm for you. If not don't give up, and keep on trying. The only way to lose is to quit trying.
You are forgetting and missing something, your old smoking buddy the Nico-Demon. Keep kicking his ash!!

Well, on day three. Cravings aren't to bad just feel as if I've forgot to do something every now and then. I know what my triggers are and I'm trying to nake sure that I don't slip up again. Hope that everyone is having a good day.

Only going to do this once more. Tried twice before and did well 4 months and 7 months, this time it is for the rest of my life. The hardest part for me is the feeling that I am missing something. So pleased I found this site, now I will have something to do with myself when I feel lost.
