Wow.  I can't believe it's been so long.  I had a 30 year, pack a day habit.  I was an expert in quitting.  I had done it so many times before.   This website and its community support is what made it my last quit.  That's why I still poke my nose in every few years. 

If you're just starting your quit, hang in there.  It really will get better.  And when your willpower gets shaky, come back here for support.  It helps.  A lot.  You'll get there.   {{{hugs}}}
