Time for a check in

Just checked back in now. I'm not sure that I did reward myself. I just took some deep breaths and logged in here. The feeling had passed by the time I was done posting, if I remember correctly.

Hi Working On It,

So how did you reward yourself after the task?

1st smoking desire in over a month. I just finished a very long section of an even longer task, and wanted a smoke to "reward" myself. I also haven't exercised in several days, as I'm resting in preparation for a 5K tomorrow.

I know that I won't smoke, and the feeling has already pretty much passed. But still, I was hoping that I was nearly done with those random addict's cries, but I guess not yet.

Oh, well. Back to smoke-free reality.
