Hi Pen,

Marie Celeste or not, I think I might be forced to start the Stats Parade on that day!

I'll think of y'all in London in November.  Please raise a glass for me!

Hi Lolly,

We just never could! Especially in the early days!

Welcome back to the "Mary Celeste"!

I see 10 years just around the corner! Now that will be something worth marching for!!

All The Best,
Pen x

Hi Pen,

I could not resist a Stats Parade.......9 years / 10 months / 3 days!  It still feels great as I watch (and try to help) a friend struggle with her quit.

Whatever it takes, just don't smoke!      Never Look Back!  The Future is Ahead!

MAR,

I think we all struggled to some extent.

You can struggle and fail or struggle an win.

I recommend the latter, it is so much more uplifting!!!

Good Luck!

Taking it one day at a time I am now 14 days smoke free. I must be honest. I find comfort coming to this site and reading both successes and struggles because that is the reality of quitting for me after 45 years of smoking. Thank you to everyone who shares.
