Hi John,

Great to see you marking your 6 month anniversary!  There is no boasting or big-headedness doing this.....it is like re-affirming yourself all over again.  Hopefully it will take you through to that first year!  Glad that you are enjoying being smoke-free!

Yay, ytsgalaxy! I remember you coming in here with a very positive attitude, and it looks like it's paying off. Hope you're enjoying your stronger cleaner lungs these days!

Well haven't really rewarded myself this time. My first attempt to quit was one year ago on October 1st. I managed a month so today I'm kind of thinking that it's my one year anniversary. I'll enjoy my day.... Come March next year I'll try to think of something special to do :) John

Congratulations! 6 Months is a HUGE milestone.

No need to apologize, we appreciate any time you can stop by.

How have you rewarded yourself for this important milestone?

Hi all. Just celebrated my six month anniversary yesterday. Haven't been contributing as regularly to the forum as I would like to. Sorry guys.... Maybe my lack of contribution is due to the fact that I no longer even think about puffing this last month. I feel great but know that I must never let my guard down. My very best to all of you. John
